Cerezyme®
Cerezyme (imiglucerase-rch for injection) and its predecessor Ceredase® (aglucerase injection) has been indicated for the treatment for Type 1 Gaucher disease for over a decade. Cerezyme replaces deficient enzymes and can control and reverse many of the signs and symptoms of Type 1 Gaucher disease such as, anaemia, low platelet count, spleen and/or liver enlargement, and bone involvement.
